A group of marine inspectors from the U.S. Coast Guard Sector Houston-Galveston rescued the cute canine from a delivery container within the Port of Houston on Jan. 31. It is believed that the canine was trapped inside for not less than per week, per the U.S. Coast Guard Heartland.

The U.S. Coast Guard Heartland shared a sweet video of Connie being flown to the FCAR on Tuesday.
