SAN ANTONIO – One of the house owners of two dogs that attacked and killed a person testified in courtroom on Wednesday in hopes of getting the fees dismissed.
Abilene Schnieder and Christian Moreno are charged with harm to the elderly and harmful canine attack leading to loss of life.
Their two dogs attacked Ramon Najera, 81, and his spouse whereas visiting a good friend in a West Side neighborhood on Feb. 24, 2023. Ramon Najera died of his accidents.
