COLLIER COUNTY, Fla.– On April 12, a homeless man set a South Naples house on fire, which hurt a lady and killed a dog.
According to the Collier County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO), Patrick Barrett, 40, devoted arson at a home in the 5200 block of Treetops Drive.
Detectives discovered monitoring video that revealed Barrett go into the home’s patio location. He got a bottle of paint thinner and put it throughout the patio.
Then, he utilized a lp torch to spark the paint thinner prior to he fled.
