WATERTOWN, New York (WWNY) – Watertown City Council may take motion subsequent week to permit it to take the primary steps to build a canine park.
It would go in Thompson Park as a part of the park’s grasp plan, in keeping with a decision that’ll come earlier than lawmakers on Monday.
What the decision does is enable town to arrange an account with the Northern New York Community Foundation to simply accept donations from the general public, individuals who wish to see a canine park constructed.
The subject has been talked about over the years with as soon as the concept that a canine park may go at Factory Square. That didn’t occur.
