The plan to switch the unofficial south hill canine park, displaced as a result of development of Peperzak center faculty, includes two areas to greatest meet the wants and needs we heard by means of outreach with canine park customers and neighbors.
- High Bridge Park – We are finalizing a design for main enhancements and enhancements to the situation of the present 9.3-acre group canine park at High Bridge Park, which meets the curiosity and dedication to a minimal 5-acre measurement.
- New Small Dog Park on the South Hill – We have finalized design for a small canine park to be positioned on 1.7 acres of college district property positioned close to the earlier unofficial canine park on the nook of 63rd & Regal, which meets the curiosity and dedication to a south hill location. This property can be transferred to the City and be owned and operated by City of Spokane Parks & Recreation after its completion.
Those unable to attend can view supplies at www.SpokaneParks.org a couple of days after every occasion, and e-mail feedback to [email protected].
