The proprietor of a canine that allegedly attacked an area resident’s turkey was charged underneath the state’s canine regulation, state police at Dublin stated in a information launch Tuesday.
According to police, the attack occurred within the 2000 block of Salem Road, Springfield Township, Bucks County, on the morning of Dec. 30.
Police stated the canine that allegedly attacked the fowl is a husky.
Troopers responded to the scene shortly earlier than 10 a.m. and costs in opposition to the proprietor of the canine have been later filed in Bucks County District Court 07-3-03, police stated.
The launch didn’t say if the turkey was injured within the attack or establish the canine’s proprietor.
