DOG JOG COMMITTEE NEWS RELEASE

Tails are wagging throughout Los Alamos in anticipation of the 2024 Los Alamos Dog Jog, to be
held Saturday, April 27. The Dog Jog is an annual fundraiser for the Friends of Shelter and
Companion Animals, an all-volunteer organization that makes use of this money to offer funding for
spay/neuter packages and veterinary take care of ailing and injured dogs and cats whose house owners
can not afford costly care for his or her beloved pets.

The Dog Jog Committee is looking on all inventive young artists to place your imaginations and
love of dogs to work by submitting a drawing for the 2024 Dog Jog Logo Contest! The Logo
Contest is open to kids in third by sixth grades whose household lives or works in Los
Alamos County. Please ship your entry Dog Jog Logo, c/o Terry Dubois, 3126 Walnut Street,
Los Alamos, NM 87544.

The successful design will probably be used because the official 2024 Los Alamos Dog Jog emblem and will probably be
placed on occasion t-shirts and different official occasion supplies. The Logo Contest winner can even
obtain one free t-shirt. The contest entry type and pointers may be discovered at Pet Pangaea
and on-line at http://www.lafos.org. The deadline for the brand entry is March 1 at 5:00
