Pixie, a 4-year-old 5.5-pound toy poodle was surrendered to the Wyandotte Animal Shelter on March 19 by her proprietor, a adorned Vietnam War veteran. Sadly, she was given up as a result of her proprietor had well being points and will not look after her.
