On Thursday, ANI shared CCTV video footage that revealed a leopard slipping inside a house from the front deck in the Rahuri taluka of Maharashtra’s Ahmednagar. However, seconds later on, the huge cat is seen running back outdoors. As per ANI, the leopard was frightened by a dog.
Commenting on the video, a Twitter user composed, “Dog was scared too ….still he tried his best to protect themselves and others ”. Indian Forest Service officer Parveen Kaswan kept in mind that probably the dog was simply lucky to leave the leopard’s attack. He composed, “He was just lucky !!”.

In February in 2015, IAS officer Awanish Sharan shared a video that revealed an odd confrontation between the two animals. In the video, a dog can be seen resting on a roadway when a leopard attempts to assault it. However, the dog holds its ground by nonstop barking at the leopard. The animals lock eyes with each other and the standoff ends with the leopard returning to the wilderness, leaving the dog unhurt.
