Dog freezes to loss of life after being tied up and deserted on farm

A skeletal canine was discovered useless after it was tied to a water trough on farmland and left to die within the wild. It was discovered by a passerby at 4.30pm on Tuesday (December 5) who reported it to the RSPCA, and is assumed to have frozen to loss of life within the freezing temperatures.
