A guy shot and killed his next-door neighbor’s dog throughout an argument at a condo complex in Centreville, Virginia, Friday early morning, authorities state.

The 2 next-door neighbors were at an outdoors stairwell with their particular pets at the complex in the 13300 block of Connor Drive, Fairfax County authorities stated. At one point, the suspect secured a weapon and shot the other guy’s dog, authorities stated.

Then, the hurt dog’s owner got his 2-year-old lab-beagle mix and laid it on the yard at an outdoors typical location near a play ground. According to authorities, the suspect followed the guy and shot the dog numerous more times.

After the shooting, the shooter entered into a house, the authorities stated.

” There is a history here with the next-door neighbors. The gentleman that did the shooting has a Pitbull that’s perhaps in the home too,” authorities stated throughout a dispatch call.

The dog passed away a brief time later on at a regional veterinary health center.

With assistance from witnesses, authorities apprehended the presumed shooter at a close-by home, authorities stated.

Next-door neighbors who heard the gunshots informed News4 that if not for Friday’s rainy weather condition, there would have been more individuals outside in the typical location.
