COSBY, Tenn. (WVLT) – A Cocke County man discovered his canine overwhelmed to demise after going lacking. Now, he’s making an attempt to determine who’s accountable. And this isn’t the one case of maximum canine abuse within the space.

“I was stunned,” Tanner Russell stated when he discovered his six-month-old canine Marvin useless. Russell stated Marvin went lacking a couple of weeks in the past and located his canine a couple of days later in a bag on the aspect of a street.
