A canine found abandoned on the east side of Des Moines needed to be put down, in accordance with the Des Moines Police Department.
The canine was dumped from a car at about 1:30 p.m. Oct. 12, which was at an condominium advanced close to the 3500 block of East Douglas Avenue in Des Moines. It confirmed quite a few indicators of neglect, didn’t have a collar and was not microchipped.
