The event took place as a dog park on Wellington Street at about 5:30 p.m. March 28. HPPH said at the time of the event, the dog was being strolled by a female who mentioned that she was looking after the dog for a brother or sister.
HPPH said in a release that the owner of the dog has actually called them, and a “successful follow up is being completed.”
HPPH is needed to examine biting and scratching occurrences to identify whether the animal included is updated on its rabies vaccination.
