On Sunday, October 22, a lady requested her buddy to observe her canine within the 3800 block of ninth Street, Southeast. When she tried to get her canine from the person, he requested if he might purchase the canine from her, in accordance with a police report.
The girl informed the person that her canine was not on the market and that she needed her canine again; nevertheless, the person then informed her that if she did not pay him, he would kill her canine.
The girl then reached out to police and informed them she is longtime mates with this man, the report said.
