WASHINGTON – A canine proprietor is devastated after her canine was hit and killed whereas they had been on a walk in Southeast D.C. Monday evening.
According to a police report, the incident occurred round 9:30 p.m. within the 3900 block of Wheeler Rd SE, between Valley Avenue and Blakney Lane, SE.
