A D.C. lady says she was threatened and compelled to surrender her puppy to thieves Saturday afternoon — simply months after she misplaced her earlier pet to lethal flooding at a canine day care.
Teffiney Worthy of Northeast D.C. was at her entrance door simply earlier than 4 p.m., about to go inside together with her canine after taking him for a walk. That’s when two black automobiles with paper tags pulled up and stopped in entrance of her building, she mentioned.
