British Transport Police had an uncommon encounter on Friday when a well-dressed dog in a clever blue t-shirt needed to be rescued – after its owner was stopping working to care for it sufficiently.

British Transport Police in Black Country were warned of the poor care of the canine’s well-being after getting a text on Friday 18 August. Officers state the owner was “intoxicated and not adequately caring for her dog ”, after they went to the scene to look at its well-being and examine if any offenses were occurring.
The police officers shared an image of the dog dressed up in a blue cotton t-shirt and looking unamused at the scenario, staying up with a straight back and gazing straight down the lens of the camera . The exact same can’t be said for the pleasant copper sat next to him hanging on with a red lead, smiling with his thumbs up – in what was most likely a cuter encounter than he is utilized to.
Officers validated on Twitter that they discovered the dog dressed up after a social networks user questioned whether the option of clothes was their doing. BTP Black Country tweeted: “Our officers received a text report concerning a female who was intoxicated and not sufficiently looking after her dog,” Birmingham Live reported.
BTP included: “Officers went to and made sure the well-being of the dog whilst additional queries are continuous to develop any offenses.” A social networks user asked: “Did you dress the dog up simply for the image?” The officers responded: “Can verify the style criminal activity was not our doing!”
Another severe critic called Dank Microwave asked the cops: “How do I report a crime? That shirt is a fashion crime.” Others were more inviting of the four-pawed buddy and his sharp t-shirt, with one stating “looking dapper in his lil outfit”, while others chimed “he’s wearing people clothes!” and “brilliant”.
And one lady was more puzzled in her action to the dressed up dog – who searches in the image as if he’s associated the BTP to keep Birmingham’s streets in order. She said: “Wtf is that dog wearing? Bizarre! Good job.”
