LARIMER COUNTY, Colo. — A Colorado animal sanctuary that has helped save the lives of dozens of dogs says it’s being pressured to close down and relocate to a brand new state due to zoning guidelines.

Just 4 Jacks Ranch & Sanctuary, situated in Larimer County close to the city of Lyons, is a nonprofit, northern breed rescue organization that’s devoted to saving the lives of at-risk dogs in high-kill shelters and different tragic conditions.

“Right now we’ve 82 dogs on the property,” mentioned Drew Renkewitz, founding father of the organization. “We have dogs which can be diabetics, deaf, blind, seizure dogs, dogs in right here that had been abused by their homeowners.”
