Two males and a dog were rescued by the Coast Guard after their boat capsized.

Around 3 p.m. Wednesday, the Coast Guard received a report of 2 males and a dog distressed and stranded near the Cheniere LNG plant on the bank of Sabine Pass. The 16-foot skiff boat had actually capsized since of a wake triggered by passing vessels, according to a press release from the United States Coast Guard.

According to the Coast Guard, their Sabine Pass station released a 29-foot reaction boat with a little team to help. The rescue boat rescued the males and dog, taking them to a close-by boat launch.
