CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – The Corpus Christi Parks & Recreation Department is worked up to announce the completion of the extremely anticipated Sherwood Dog Park in central Corpus Christi, situated at 4100 Linden Street. The hours of operation are Tuesday, 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and Wednesday to Sunday, 6:00 a.m. to 10 p.m. The park is closed on Mondays for upkeep. This $400,000 growth venture is the City’s third canine park.
All canine house owners are invited to deliver their fur associates to the canine park, the place they’ll run leash-free inside the gated facility and play on this distinctive park designed only for them. The park provides a small and enormous canine part, facilities like A-frame climbers, an ornamental fireplace hydrant and a bone-shaped bench for park guests.
Benefits of canine parks embrace giving dogs a secure place to run and play freely, serving to them train and boosting a canine’s bodily well being. Plus, they’re a wonderful approach for dogs and people alike to socialize with different dogs and people.
Additional canine parks to go to are Bill Witt Dog Park, situated at 6869 Yorktown Boulevard, and Vishal Bhagat Dog Park at The Water’s Edge, situated at 402 S. Shoreline Boulevard.
