CEBU CITY, Philippines– Cebu City Councilor Rey Gealon is looking for cops support in getting justice for “Bonbon,” a roaming dog that endured animal ruthlessness.
Gealon, on Thursday, Nov. 10, 2022, composed a letter to Cops Col. Ireneo Dalogdog, Cebu City Cops Workplace (CCPO) director, advising the CCPO workers to locate and develop a case versus the offenders behind the stabbing of “Bonbon.”
A picture of the signed letter was sent out to CDN Digital on Thursday by Councilor Gealon.

” While the dog is now safe, the offender of such animal ruthlessness is still at big,” checked out a part of Cebu City councilor’s letter.
” I humbly and regards prompt your workers to locate the offender and develop a case for animal ruthlessness as specified in RA 8485, otherwise referred to as the Animal Well-being Act,” it included.
Bonbon, who obviously went missing out on recently, was spotted roaming wandering the streets of Brgy. Bonbon in Cebu City, with a knife stuck in his head.
Veterinarians effectively eliminated the item from the dog on Monday.
According to a post by netizen Theresa Marie Vidal, Bonbon will remain in the veterinary center for a couple of more days to help in his healing.
