ROANOKE, Va. – The case for the 2 individuals who have been arrested after allegedly leaving dogs in a parked car again in June was licensed to a Grand Jury, in line with the Roanoke City General District Court Clerk
The incident occurred on June 25 when police acquired reviews of two dogs inside a parked car within the 100 block of Luck Avenue SW. When they arrived, they seemed contained in the car and noticed one canine that was alert and one which gave the impression to be unresponsive.

As we beforehand reported, the officers instantly started working to open the locked automotive doorways to deal with the dogs after they discovered one of many dogs had died.
The house owners of the car have been recognized as James Lipscomb and Ashleigh Hutton, each of Roanoke County.
The pair was taken into custody and initially charged with two counts of felony animal cruelty every, in line with police. Those fees have since been amended.
Lipscomb and Hutton now face one felony rely of cruelty to animals and one misdemeanor rely of cruelty to animals every, in line with courtroom paperwork.
Records present each of their instances have been licensed to a Grand Jury.
A courtroom date has not been set.
