Fans of bratwurst, hamburgers, and rootbeer-battered corn dogs, I have news for you!
On March 5 of this year, Cheyenne’s Dog Haus Restaurant closed its doors a couple of days shy of what would have been its 3rd anniversary. It was a sad day for chili dog fans in the city. The closure came as rather a shock to both workers and clients alike.
I totally confess to being shocked by the statement. Dog Haus had, after all, weathered the storm of COVID-19 – unlike lots of dining establishments in the city and surrounding area. The location was constantly bumpin’ when I came by.
In the wake of the closure, Dog Haus launched a main declaration suggesting their want to resume in Cheyenne:
“After happily serving the Cheyenne neighborhood for almost 3 years, Dog Haus’ franchise partners made the tough choice to close the restaurant situated at 3838 Atkin St. Dog Haus Corporate is working vigilantly to make this closure a short-lived one. The business is devoted to discovering a regional partner to join us in providing the very best premium hot dogs, sausages, and hamburgers with acclaimed service by running this place. We anticipate resuming in Cheyenne and serving The Absolute Würst to the neighborhood once again quickly.” – Erik Hartung, EVP of Franchise Development
At the time, Dog Haus had actually not launched a task re-opening date. But, uh, BREAKING NEWS! Dog Haus formally resumes today!
