Site of dog attack
A 37-year-old man Theron D. Bates, who was “childcare” the pit bull for the owner, a friend, had actually taken the dog to the lot and enabled it to run around without a leash, according to cops and Multnomah County Animal Services. After the dog attack, Bates obtained the dog, didn’t help the victim and tried to range from cops, according to the Police Bureau. When dropped in cops, he swallowed presumed fentanyl and suffered an evident overdose. He was treated with naloxone and required to the health center prior to he was booked into prison – for one night on an unassociated probation offense warrant, records reveal. He was launched the next day.
