An 18-year-old man stabbed his mom after entering an argument with her over his life and their dog’s illness, said police officers in Daytona Beach Shores, Florida. The offender, Charles C. Soutier, explained to officers that he premeditated what he did, according to the arrest affidavit.
Officers said they reacted Thursday at roughly 9:46 a.m. to a home. The lady had actually said her child stabbed her. One of the cops discovered offender Soutier roughly 50 years south of the scene, files mentioned. The 18-year-old strolled towards him, hands in the air, according to the affidavit. The officer put him in handcuffs.
Soutier presumably informed cops post-Miranda that he and his mom, who is not called in the affidavit, argued over their dog defecating on pee pads in the house.
