MANDAN, N.D. (KFYR) – Even animals don’t wish to be outdoors when the climate is chilly. Places just like the Central Dakota Humane Society provide shelter and meals to stray pets.
Cameo Skager, the Humane Society’s communications director, mentioned the shelter has a capability for about 80 cats and 42 dogs. It’s at the moment home to about 70 cats and 38 dogs.
