A person, captured on CCTV footage, picked up a puppy and threw it onto the street with power in Guna, Madhya Pradesh. The incident occurred on December 9.
The video, which rapidly unfold throughout the web, confirmed the person sitting outdoors a store when two puppies approached him. Without provocation, he picked up one of many puppies and threw it onto the street. But his cruelty did not finish there; he proceeded to stamp on the harmless creature, crushing it underfoot, resulting in its demise.
The distressing scene prompted fast outcry and condemnation from each the general public and officers. Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia and Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan expressed their horror and guaranteed that justice could be served.
The perpetrator was swiftly detained following the intervention of Chief Minister Chouhan, who described the act as “unpardonable” and promised the harshest motion in opposition to the accused.
