Tail-wagging, pleasant sniffs and barks crammed the Gaslamp Quarter Saturday afternoon for the fifteenth annual pet parade.
The costumed homeowners obtained alongside nicely, too.
Dozens of dogs dominated on the Gaslamp Pet Parade, Expo & Pups in the Pub Party. No different kind of pet was noticed as in some previous years.
The canines appeared accepting as they rode on surfboards, in strollers, in handmade trains, fireplace vans, a cannon and a flying carpet with music supplied by marching bands from Hoover and Montgomery excessive faculties.
Other dogs walked, decked out of their vacation finest with costumes, antlers and attire in sunny, 70-plus-degree climate.
The parade began at 1 p.m. at Fifth Avenue and Ok Street, went so far as E Street after which returned on Fourth Avenue.
Spectators, many with companion pooches, lined the parade route.
The festivities started at 10 a.m. with the Gaslamp Holiday Expo within the MLK park in entrance of the Hilton San Diego Gaslamp Quarter with actions together with festive picture ops, canine treats, Santa Claus, vacation tunes and a wide range of pet distributors showcasing their latest pet merchandise.
