The Columbus North girls and boys, each ranked nineteenth, had an opportunity to run Saturday on Evansville’s Angel Mounds course that may host this yr’s cross-country regional.

Kyleigh Wolf led the Columbus North ladies with a Twelfth-place end in 21:10.4. Ainsley Aherlock took thirteenth in 21:13.2, whereas Carys Glyn-Jones was Twelfth (21:13.4), Macy Eaton sixteenth (21:17.6), Emma Lowther Twentieth (21:40.6), Katie Frazier twenty first (21:42.4) and Kenzie Meyer twenty ninth (21:56.5).

Brown County completed twenty first with 542 factors. Sadie Hiatt took 111th in 25:08.1, whereas Kayleigh Austin was a hundred and fifteenth (25:13.2), Megan Cumberledge 145th (26:24.5), Della Hitchcock a hundred and fifty fifth (26:47.7) and Isabel Miller 162nd (27:25.5).

Meanwhile, the North JV and Columbus East and Jennings County varsity ran within the Franklin Invitational. The North boys completed third with 116 factors, trailing No. 13 Center Grove (29) and Terre Haute South (101).

Rylan Hottell led North with a Twentieth-place end in 17:39.7. Damien Dixon took twenty second in 17:41.3, whereas Sam Steinmetz was twenty fifth (17:47.3), Cole Stevens twenty sixth (17:47.6) and Marco Avila thirty fifth (17:57.5).

East completed thirteenth with 399 factors. Jackson Brookes completed seventieth in 18:56.2, whereas Lorren Westerfeld was a hundred and tenth (20:01.4), Austin Menefee 114th (20:07.9), Stillman Whittington 142nd (21:00.3) and Chris Gilroy 171st (21:56.6).

The Bull Dog ladies completed sixth with 164 factors, whereas Jennings and East had been ninth (248) and tenth (262). Center Grove gained with 39.

Reece Peeples completed twenty first in 22:22.4 to steer North. Wendy Zhong took thirty second in 22:48.4, whereas Andi Carothers was thirty eighth (23:01.9), Caylyn Pruitt forty fourth (23:39.1) and Mckynze Contratto 54th (24:20.4).

Carly Otte completed forty third in 23:20.5 to steer the Olympians. Amelia Fay took 51st (24:06.9), whereas Madison Swartzenbruber was fifty fifth (24:21.1), Abby Collins 87th (25:48.2) and Hayden Carothers 92nd (26:09.7).
