A canine imprisoned to breed puppies for the primary six years of her life has been nominated for a prestigious nationwide award after being adopted in Norfolk.
Zsa Zsa, who was imprisoned from beginning as a breeding canine, is a finalist within the Pet Plan Rescue Dog of The Year Awards 2023.
Poor situations and unhealthy diet led to enamel needing to be extracted, crimson and infected ears and an an infection of mites – with the small quantity of out of doors area the puppy had being filled with faeces.
She weighed simply 4.3 kilograms when she went into the care of a rescue centre.

The nine-year-old ruby cavalier King Charles spaniel was adopted by David and Amanda Knight in north Norfolk three years in the past.
The couple mentioned: “Zsa Zsa had such an terrible begin in life, residing in probably the most dreadful situations. We are extraordinarily proud that she has made the finals.
“Giving a rescue canine a home and a cheerful life is so rewarding, she has given us a lot love in return. We love her to bits.”
Since being rescued, Zsa Zsa has appeared on ITV, BBC World News and Countryfile, and attended Crufts to boost consciousness of giving rescue dogs a loving home.
