BRATTLEBORO –– Brittany Janaszak, 39, of Brattleboro, has been charged with 5 counts, together with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, after allegedly flinging canine feces on her neighbor’s garden and violating a no-contact order.
On April 12, Janaszak was arraigned on prices of trespass, easy assault, disorderly conduct, illegal mischief, unauthorized use of a car, and aggravated disorderly conduct. She was ordered to not have contact with three of her Meadowbrook Road neighbors.
The following day, a neighbor reported that Janaszak was trespassing, had flung canine feces on their garden, and hung a bag of canine feces from their garden chair.
Brattleboro Police Officer Cody Johnson arrested Janaszak, who resisted by changing into “dead weight,” making an attempt to journey the officer, and spinning herself round on the bottom.
She additionally resisted being placed within the police cruiser and commenced beating her face on the window and kicking the divider.
At the police station, Janaszak repeatedly punched and kicked the cell door.
