STARK COUNTY, Ohio (WOIO) – Black Friday is understood for locating offers on know-how, garments, and just about something you should buy in a retailer.

The Stark County Dog Warden Division is internet hosting “Black dog Friday” from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Nov. 24, with adoption charges decreased to $25 for dogs with black fur.
The charge features a license for residents of Stark County.
