A Tamarac man was arrested after allegedly making an attempt to run over a neighbor along with his car following a dispute over canine poop.
On January 23, the Broward County Sheriff’s Office responded to a neighbor dispute at 8340 Black Olive Drive in Tamarac after receiving reviews of a person performing erratically and making an attempt to strike neighbors along with his car.
Upon arrival, deputies encountered an offended Lucas Satten, 47, of Tamarac, seated within the driver’s seat of a car.
As deputies approached and requested to talk with Satten, he yelled out of the window, “Stay away! I don’t trust you!” and warned if the deputies got here any nearer, he would drive off, in accordance with courtroom paperwork.
As backup autos arrived, Satten drove away and left the scene with out being questioned.
According to courtroom paperwork, following Satten’s departure, deputies turned their consideration to interviewing neighbors that witnessed the incident. One neighbor deputy alleges Satten had been revving his engine for hours and tried to run over one other neighbor, pointing to the alleged sufferer on the scene.
