BENTON, Ky. (KFVS) – A lady is dealing with fees after police say she left her canine in a scorching automotive.
Miranda M. Spicer, 33, of Benton, was arrested on a cost of second-degree cruelty to animals.
According to Benton police, officers have been dispatched to Walmart on August 25 for a report of a canine left in a car.
Officers say the canine had been within the scorching car for about half-hour. It was practically 100 levels outdoors on the time, they usually say the canine seemed to be in misery.
Police say animal management took custody of the canine.
