Kevin Barry Cassidy, 29, is accused of choking his mom, a cousin and 82-year-old grandfather throughout a single outburst.
Cassidy, of Ardoyne Walk, is charged with three counts of non-fatal strangulation or asphyxiation and inflicting pointless struggling to animals.
