Bowmanstown Area Residents Connected, in partnership with the Delaware Lehigh National Heritage Corridor, PA Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, and St Luke’s University Health Network, publicizes the tenth Annual Community Dog Show on Saturday.
The occasion will begin at 9 a.m. with a Get Your Tail on the Trail canine walk assembly on the Marvin Gardens trailhead in East Penn Township. Participants are inspired to register with “Get Your Tail on the Trail” at tailonthetrail.org to participate in DLNHC and St. Luke’s University Health Network’s public well being problem to log miles on the path. (Pups have to be leashed and dog-friendly.)
The canine present can be held on the Bowmanstown Volunteer Fire Company grove and registrations will take place from 11 till 11:30 a.m. With 10 hilarious classes; greatest canine costume, greatest canine trick, greatest tail wagger, liveliest canine, fluffiest canine, cutest canine, manliest canine, girliest canine, most expressive “puppy eyes,” and greatest canine/proprietor look-alike.
Entry charges for every class can be $5 per class per canine, and all proceeds will assist BARC and the group of Bowmanstown.
There can be a basket raffle and a silent public sale with donations from 75-100 community-oriented native businesses, distributors, and meals offered by BARC.
”What’s to not love about it?” acknowledged Kara Scott, president of BARC. “It’s a fun day filled with laughter, great conversation, and plenty of pups getting lots of love and attention. We are raising funds to enhance our Borough, and have a great day with friends and neighbors.”
BARC is grateful for group sponsors and native businesses.
