Police are hunting a bald man seen using a hi-vis coat and accompanied by a huge black dog who struck a park-goer in the face.
Officers state the attack in Congleton Park followed a run-in in between a man and a lady and a teen. At some point in between the park and Willow Street a man – believed to be understood by the group of teenagers – approached the victim and punched him in the face triggering severe injuries.
