AZUSA (CNS) – At least two individuals had been injured Tuesday in a canine attack within the Azusa space.
Sheriff’s deputies and animal management personnel responded to the 5000 block of North Orange Crest after receiving studies a couple of canine mauling Tuesday round 11:30 a.m., KCAL reported.
One of the victims of the attack was taken to a hospital in severe situation, whereas a second person was handled for much less severe accidents.
It was unclear what breed of dogs had been concerned, or what led to the attack.
Earlier this month, a pack of pit bulls fatally mauled 35-year-old Dominic Cooper within the yard of his home within the 900 block of North Thorson Avenue in Compton. Authorities stated Cooper was apparently breeding the dogs, all of which had been turned over to the county and in the end euthanized.
“All dogs had been euthanized on account of proof linking them to the attack,” in response to a county Department of Animal Care and Control spokesman. “Given the potential risk posed to the group, this motion was deemed vital.”
