PETA is providing a reward of as much as $5,000 to make sure the protection of a small canine or puppy, tan with white paws and a white snout, who was seen on video being kicked and crushed by a person later arrested and recognized as Joseph Michael Sanders. On April 7, he was caught on surveillance footage carrying the canine close to Brookhurst Street and La Palma Avenue, then kicking the animal out of view of the cameras. The canine may very well be heard screaming and yelping off digital camera as Sanders apparently continued to beat her or him.
