ARMED police rushed out after a canine attacked and killed sheep on farmland within the Bradford district.
Officers had been alerted to the incident shortly earlier than 8.30am in the present day.
They had been instructed a canine had attacked sheep on farmland at Roper Lane, Queensbury.
Three sheep died from their accidents, based on police.
Police assets – together with armed officers – had been despatched to the scene.
The canine – which police described as “giant and brown” – has not but been discovered.
A resident described the incident as a “horror”.
Distressing footage and video circulating on social media present the attacked sheep.
Officers at West Yorkshire Police are investigating and appealed for the general public to come back ahead with any data.

A West Yorkshire Police spokesperson stated: “At 8.21am in the present day, police had been referred to as a couple of canine attacking sheep on farmland at Roper Lane, Queensbury.
“Police assets had been deployed together with armed officers.
“Three sheep have died from their accidents.
“The giant, brown canine was not positioned.
“Enquiries are ongoing by Bradford district officers.
