NEW PHILADELPHIA, Ohio – An Ohio animal shelter hopes an injured canine, who was kicked by a horse, will quickly be adopted.
From Heaven to Earth Rescue stated Zoey, a 6-week-old 2-pound Toy Fox Terrier/Jack Russell combine, was rescued this week.
They stated after she was kicked by a horse, she broke each of her entrance legs.
“She is being an actual trooper about it, studying find out how to walk with the splints on,” the shelter stated on its Facebook web page.
