A dog was reunited with her owner Friday early morning after animal control rescued it from a pipeline in Coachella late Thursday night.
The call of a dog stuck in a pipeline can be found in around 11:00 p.m. Thursday night. Animal Control Officer Rebekah Reyes was on responsibility and reacted.
She had the ability to find the puppy and became effective in releasing her.
Later that night, Reyes said she was searching social networks for posts about lost animals to see if she can find the dog’s owner.
That’s when she saw a post from David Silva about his dog Miley being missing 4 days earlier.
On Friday early morning Silva had the ability to reunite with Miley. He said she had actually escaped after fireworks were being appeared the location.
Silva said he is grateful somebody made the call to animal control and understands just how much damage fireworks can do.
“After this and simply the sensation you get that a relative is lost due to the fact that of the fireworks, I’m against it now. It’s not cool,” he said.
