Actress Angie Harmon mentioned this week that her household canine was shot and killed by a person delivering groceries to her North Carolina home.
“This Easter weekend a person delivering groceries for Instacart shot & killed our treasured Oliver,” the actress wrote in an Instagram post Monday. “He bought out of his automobile, delivered the meals & THEN shot our canine.”
Harmon mentioned her home’s safety digital camera was being charged on the time of the incident and hadn’t recorded something.

When reached by “Good Morning America,” Instacart, which gives grocery supply companies in all 50 states, condemned the incident.
“We had been deeply saddened and disturbed to listen to about this incident,” Instacart mentioned in an announcement. “We don’t have any tolerance for violence of any form, and the patron account was instantly suspended from our platform. We have been in direct contact with the shopper and are cooperating with legislation enforcement on their investigation.”
According to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg police, a supply driver instructed officers on Saturday that he was delivering meals on the home when the canine attacked him and he fired a single gunshot in self protection.
