ANAHEIM, Calif. – Police in Anaheim are trying to find a person who was seen and heard on surveillance footage violently and repeatedly kicking a small puppy.
It occurred round 8 a.m. on Sunday, April 7, close to Brookhurst Street and the 5 Freeway. In the video, a person is seen walking from the road nook down right into a berm. In one hand, he has a motorbike, within the different, he is carrying the small canine.
Before walking down into the drainage ditch, the canine is heard yelping loudly. Then, as the person continues nearer to the digital camera, he drops the bike to the bottom, takes just a few extra steps, then proceeds to dropkick the puppy.

Anaheim Police are trying to find each the person and the puppy. Police say the person could frequent the realm of Brookhurst Street and the 5, and that he is roughly 5 toes 10 inches tall, weighs about 180 kilos, and has black hair and brown eyes.
