Wendy Manning has been nothing if not dogged in her pursuit of a canine park in Bowling Green. At final week’s City Council assembly, she introduced that the Citizens for BG Dog Parks Committee has integrated as a authorized entity and is trying ahead to additional discussions with metropolis officers.
