A current social networks post by U.S.-based airline company Southwest about Kaya, a German Shepherd service dog, has actually gone viral and has users sobbing and revealing their thankfulness to the animal after it was revealed that she was taking his last journey back home.

In the viral TikTok post, the Southwest pilot show guests on a flight to Dallas, TX that Kaya was taking his last flight back home to rest after she was identified with an untreatable cancer.
