Police have arrested a person in relation to a theft of a girl on Monday, September 11.
According to the police report, the lady had been assaulted whereas walking her canine in an space common with canine walkers, near Mill Lane in Chelmsford.
She was approached by a person who assaulted her from behind earlier than demanding money, based on the report.
A member of the general public contacted police round 6.25 pm and the 32-year-old man from Chelmsford was arrested in Witham on Sunday morning.
