Captain Tommy Trotter discussed that considering that September, deputies have actually been dealing with Hudson to make certain the canines were getting immunized, healthy, in great living conditions which she remained in compliance with the Department of Farming.

Tuesday around 10:50 a.m., Captain Trotter stated that deputies were following up with Hudson and looking at the animals when they found that the canines were still in bad living conditions.

Deputies stated there were an overall of 27 canines at Hudson’s house, a number of living outdoors in the cold and snow, covered in feces, with an absence of food and water noticeable.
