NILES — A Niles man has been arrested and charged with animal cruelty after allegedly abandoning his canine within a storage.
Stanley Jones, 41, of Hyde Avenue, was booked into the Trumbull County jail Tuesday on a single rely of cruelty to animals, a second-degree misdemeanor.
He pleaded not responsible, and his bond was set at $25,000 throughout an arraignment earlier than Niles Municipal Court Judge Christopher J. Shaker.
